Our newest menu, discerningly named Guide to Good Drinks, is our endeavour to reclaim the old way of drinking—fancy-free and rid of frills and frou-frou. Well, not all the way. But bear with us. These are classics so classic that we may as well have made them up. Well, you wouldn’t know either way, and that’s where we come in.
